Shipping & Returns
Orders can take up to 10 business days. We use age old, slow, small batch processes to yield the wholesome products you love and all of our jewelry is made to order. These ways takes time. We truly appreciate your patiece, and support of our ethos. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but due to our natural process items currently in production may take a little longer to ship. If you have concerns, or need an order rushed, please kindly email the general inbox, email@example.com with your name + order number and we will do all we can to accommodate.
Shipping issues? Once a parcel leaves our possession, it leaves our control and Ebb & Flow is no longer involved in the process. Tracking is provided for shipping on all orders, it will be emailed the day your order ships. We assume no responsibility for any issue that arises during transit; ‘issues’ include but are not limited to: late deliveries, damage, & stolen or missing parcels. Yet, if you contact us about the situation, we will do our absolute best to alleviate the situation. If your order arrives damaged, be sure to take pictures right away.
Order cancellation is not accepted. No circumstances.
Returns are not accepted. Please patch test any of our topical products. If you are unsatisfied with your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and exchange instructions will be provided. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with an exchange. Oftentimes, you will be receiving store credit once your returned item arrives at the studio.
